Are you really busy these days and not getting any time to meditate?

If yes, then I have a suggestion for you. Don’t try to allocate any separate time for meditation. Make it a part of your busy work schedule. There are so many techniques which you can try even while working.

For example try to be just more aware of whatever you are doing in the moment. Start from little steps. In office, whenever you have some passive time, try to be more aware of yourself. Feel the consciousness within you. Feel the breathing pattern.

Just doing some deep breathing session during your work hour will help you to a great extent.

A very annoying stumbling block for meditation is that we try to allocate a separate time for it which we never find.  If you have tried meditation for sometime, you must be aware of what I mean. So instead of meditating at a specific time which you’ll never get; just make meditation a part of your busy life. Doing so is really very easy. Read some meditation techniques explained in the Meditation Corner and try them.

Though it is always better to meditate regularly in a separate room for a specified duration, if you don’t get any chance for this the next best thing is to meditate as and when we get time. Even if it is in our workplace.

Remember: even a small step is better than not walking at all.

I think that is great advice. I also listen to music at work to help me meditate. I’ve been listening to Tantra from the Hummingbird Series by Kosmic Music. I love it. I also hear that Kosmic is coming out with a CD called Sacred Blessings, with songs handpicked by inspirational speaker Anthony Robbins. I can’t wait for that one either!
