How Is Your Eye Health?

A huge number of people in the UK wear reading glasses on a regular or daily basis. But what’s worrying is that recent research has suggested that thousands of people in Britain could need prescription glasses without even realising it.

According to some research, there are huge numbers of people in the UK that haven’t even been for an eye exam; quite a shocking claim on its own, and especially when you consider that many people think they’ve got perfect vision before failing an eye test.

As far as i can see there really isn’t any good reason not to go for an eye exam; they can improve your clarity of vision, as well as your general health and wellbeing.
